  • Class size is small and managable. 8 people limit per class
  • Each participant completes a Mandatory Fit Basics Class with a fitness coach before starting class,
  • Each participant will have their medical and orthopedic history reviewed with coach BEFORE entering class.

Monday:   CARDIO ABS/MAX INTERVAL PLYO

Tuesday:   MAX CARDIO INTERVALS

Thursday: CARDIO POWER AND RESISTANCE

4-week investment:

Limited Package: $120.00 for 8 visits

Unlimited Package: $150.00.

We specialize in athletic performance and injury prevention. We want your body to move as well as it looks.  We will take you through a sixty minute FITNESS AND CONDITIONING ASESSMENT that provides knowledge on your body’s

  • muscular imbalances
  • flexibility
  • core strength
  • cardio conditioning level.

Our workout programs are TAILORED to work with you where you are, with gradual intensity weekly to ensure noticeable improvement. We will work you hard, while providing encouragement along the way!
